The delay closing escrow was about a few days later which I understand the process proceeded smoothly, and I was able to sell my house without the headache. From start to finish I was extremely happy with everything they did. Kari listened to what our needs were on this property and executed a great team. They were on time, their prep was well done, painting was perfect on this 5 bedroom home, plus two bedroom apartment. Refinishing of wood floors, removal of fences, a lot of debris in the huge yard etc. The clean up was done daily and the Staging was perfect for the spaces we needed.
